Cancellation Policy
CTS's independent travel/tour service fees are non-refundable.
Lodging Reservations Policy
Credit cards will be required to guarantee reservations of lodging, guide and some transportation arrangements. No charge will be made at the time of reservation. However, in case of cancellation or no-show, CTS will charge penalty to the credit card in accordance with the service providers' policy. In addition, CTS may charge a service fee of $50/hour for the transaction
Passport and Visa
You are responsible for obtaining any legal documentation required for Japan travel.
Intellectual Property Rights
No part of travel itineraries prepared by CTS may be reproduced for or transferred to other persons or organizations without CTS's express permission.
Community Travel Service's Responsibility
The responsibility of Community Travel Service LLC (CTS) is strictly limited. As a travel agency, CTS organizes, promotes and sells travel services including but not limited to surface transportation, sightseeing excursions and hotel accommodations. The suppliers providing travel services for CTS are independent contractors and are not agents or employees of CTS. CTS is not responsible for the willful or negligent acts and/or omissions of such suppliers or their respective employees, agents, servants or representatives including, without limitation, their failure to deliver or their partial or inadequate delivery of services. By utilizing the travel services of the suppliers, you agree that neither CTS or any representative shall be liable for any accident, injury, property damage or personal loss to you or to those traveling with you in connection with any accommodations, transportation or other travel services. |
