How it Works

  1. Contact us by phone or email and discuss your travel plans with our travel professionals.
  2. You will receive a draft itinerary and a fee estimate for your travel plan.
  3. Pick your departure date.
  4. Read carefully the Terms and Conditions and FAQs.
  5. Fill out an application form and mail it to us with a non-refundable $300 deposit check per group. Credit cards are not accepted.
  6. With your acceptance of the draft itinerary, we will commence booking accommodations and rail tickets.
  7. You will receive a preliminary itinerary.
  8. If you are satisfied with the preliminary itinerary, you are required to pay one half of the balance of our service fee within 14 days after you receive the itinerary. If we do not receive the payment by due date, the reservation will be cancelled.
  9. With your acceptance and acknowledgment of the preliminary itinerary, we will prepare the final itinerary.
  10. If you are satisfied with the final itinerary, your are required to pay the balance of our service fee within 14 days after your receive the itinerary. If we do not receive the payment by due date, the reservation will be cancelled.
